I couldn't find a replacement part for my bike anywhere. Other bike shops were no help at all but these buys contacted Rockshox and got it all sorted free of charge for me. I didn't even buy the bike from them. My friends have had really good experiences with them too.

Good quality bikes and hiking gear
Decent, friendly service from start to finish. Knowledgable staff supported me to purchase a bike suitable for my needs and answered all the questions I had. After leaving, I felt that I would be able to call them without issue if anything came up, but felt that everything was sorted beforehand. Would recommend these guys if you're in the market for a new bike! :)
Great selection of premium bicycles including road, MTB, electric, gravel and kids. They also sell loads of cycling equipment like helmets, clothing, cleaning and maintenance. The staff are also very helpful
The guys in this shop are spot on service is second to none!! Both Vince and Clive are massively helpful and very knowledgeable. They made the buying process of my new bike an ease and even built it quickly for me when it turned up so I could get out and ride it on my weekend off! Massive thanks again team primera poole hope you enjoy the beers !!!
